At Best Pest & Wildlife Control, we understand that our customers may have questions or concerns about our services, wildlife control, and pest removal, so we’ve compiled some common inquiries. If you have additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What do you do with animals after you trap them?

Each state has their own laws regulating what we must do with controlling wildlife and anything we trap. In some states, we can trap and relocate the animals, in other states we have to trap and release on site, or euthanize humanely. When trapping and relocating cannot be performed, we rely heavily on the use of one-way doors to allow wildlife a low stress way of leaving the structure while also preventing re-entry.

How much does the service cost?

We proudly offer a service solution to a wide variety of wildlife species. Since wildlife can find themselves causing unique issues in odd locations, our solutions must be developed and planned after a complete on-site home inspection. Pricing will be dependent on proper identification of the target species, location of the issue, necessary exclusion to secure the structure to prevent re-entry, risk analysis of the environment (for our safety and yours) as well as potential non-target species interference that may occur. It’s often also necessary to evaluate the habitat and areas in the immediate surrounding of the home to identify potential factors that could be attracting pests or wildlife to your home which could play a part in long term solutions. A free inspection will allow us to provide accurate pricing based on many factors to customize a solution for you!

How quickly can you get here for the inspection or service?

We have made our living separating from the competition by providing same day or next day inspections and services in nearly every area we operate! Our office hours are 8am – 6pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays to contact us about our soonest availability.

Is the work guaranteed?

Pest and wildlife issues can be both short term and long term problems depending on the species and situation you are dealing with. We offer solutions for both. In nearly all situations we have encountered, we have found pest and wildlife issues are repeat offenders that require consistent effort to achieve results. Our experienced inspectors will identify the issue on-site and provide complete transparency of our process and service with you so you can rest assured with the plan we create together.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit or debit cards. Please contact your local branch for more details.

Can I make an appointment for an exact time?

We provide 2 hour windows for our arrival times with a courtesy call 20-30 minutes in advance of our arrival to provide an exact ETA.

Do you sell traps or products so I can do this service myself?

We are a service provider, not a product supplier. Allow us and our expertise to expedite a solution and alleviate your personal liability by taking on this project for you.

Do you assist with domestic animals (cats or dogs)?

We do not provide services related to any pets. Please contact local humane society or animal control services related to domestic pet issues.
